What Could Be The Reason For Dark Lump On Upper Leg In The Inside And What Is The Remedy?

Saturday night i was giving my 3 year old son a bath and seen this big knot (lump) on his upper leg in the inside and its black and blue. But that day about 3 or 4 he didnt have it. I think he might have got hurt or bumped it hard on something. What should i do because its still there?

The black bump you noticed may be a hematoma due to injury.
Give hot fomentation 1-2 times daily.
She may get relief by local application of thrombophob ointment.
He needs antibiotic to prevent infection.
