What Could Be The Reason For Experiencing Hallucinations?

I recently took a slight overdose of mertazapine, propanalon and pregagalin (one weeks dosage in one) and am dependent on alcohol, desperately trying to stop again having been in a brilliant rehab unit for six months. Have been experiencing hallucinations (but this time only when in bed and other symptoms). Feel I need librium to prevent catastrophic events which have happened before.
