What Could Be The Reason For Experiencing Pain On Left Side And Dizziness?

Hi im a 42 year old female for weeks nw been experiencing left side stich pain gt worse over last few weeks saw dr who said blood results show kidney function levels were high nw waiting for ultrasound scan,but today felt realy sick went dizzy and thought i was gonna pass out any ideas what it could be?

Thanks for writing to HCM

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Pain may be due to renal problems.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar(RBS),Liver function test(LFT),Renal function test(RFT),ECG in all leads,Ultrasound of abdomen.
If there is any renal problem then you may need few more investigations like electrolytes,GFR,Creatinine clearance etc.
Further investigations can be done if needed.
