What Could Be The Reason For Foot/toe Cramps The Whole Day?

I have had foot/toe cramps maybe once a month since last summer but starting last night I have had them around the clock and don't know why-I usually have a banana a day and was gone for four days without having one-don't know if that's it-I have had three banana's today and last nite when they started I was very nervous about driving in a bad snowstorm for an hr-can nerves cause them? I haven't been nervous all day but have had them all day-I had a blood test by my doctor when I only had them once in awhile and all my magnesium & potassium levels were good
