What Could Be The Reason For Having A Bump On My Neck, Ringing In My Ear And Pressure On Eye?

hi, it feels weird when I swallow like something is in my throat and now I have a huge bump on the back of my neck and when I push on it, I can feel it inside my throat. also I feel ringing in my right ear, pressure in back of my right eye and my tongue is going numb on the right side.
