What Could Be The Reason For Having A Pain In My Right Upper Quadrant Below My Rib?

I have been having a pain in my right upper quadrant below my rib that comes and goes. I also broke out into a rash. The doctor gave me antibiotics and finally steroids. However when I eat my ride side hurts again and I have a great deal of gas. Sometimes it is also in my lower back on right side. YYYY@YYYY
