What Could Be The Reason For Having A Pounch Pain Behind My Left Ear?

Once in a wile I get a pin behind my left ear but in the head that goes up and down and the same area becomes very soft when I do touch it and feel with palpitacions I hope you understand what I mean, but las week and this week I feel like a pounch pain in the same area I did asked my regular doctor but he did not pay attention to that can you help me please?

It is sad that your Doctor did not pay any attention.
I would advise you the following:
MRI and MRI angiography of the area.
color doppler studes.
Proper diagnosis and treatment as per the causes found out.
