What Could Be The Reason For Having A Skin Colored Hard Lump On My Right Side?

I have a skin colored semi large hard lump on my behind right about where it meets my leg. It seems to be growing a little every couple weeks it has no feeling, but I can feel if I squeeze hard around it that it goes down into my skin as well. what could this be?

Hard to say, sounds like a sebaceous cyst. A better way to confirm would be to go to your pathologists and ask for a fine needle aspiration cytology test. That would give a valuable tissue diagnosis. That is more confirmatory than any photo or assumption. Hope this helps.
