Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems like Bacterial
throat infection and the white spot seems to be pus pocket secondary to infection..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical examination of your throat and mouth and also do a
rapid strep test to confirm the bacterial infection.
Once bacterial infection is confirmed he can advise you to take antibiotics like
Levofloxacin or Cephelexin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen, do warm saline gargles, chew
vitamin C pellet daily, avoid spicy and chilled foods, drink plenty of water.
Do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
Take ample of rest..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
