What Could Be The Reason For Having An Itching In My Urethra When I Urinate?

Im having a itch in my uretha when I urinate and I ve just going over a vaginal bacteria infection about a few weeks ago, all the symptoms are gone from that but then this itch comes and its only when I pee and a few minutes after I go and also it seems like I have to wash more than a few times a day cause my vagina is starting to get dirty easy thru out the say normally its not like that
