No relief was noted. we applied petroleum jelly but still no remarkable results noted. what is the most possible diagnosis? i hope it is not a case of Psoriasis. thank you for your time, Doctor

Hi. Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Possibility of Vitamin B12 deficiency is to be considered especially if it's not associated with itching.
I would suggest you to get CBC and peripheral smear examination done.

Take care
Best Regards
