What Could Be The Reason For Having Bruises All Over My Body?

Over the past few weeks I've notices bruises developing all over my body. Im just wondering, what can be the cause of them? They aren't that large, maybe the size of a quarter. I don't know what they are from and they do not hurt. There is one i just noticed on the inside of my upper arm and I know I didn't hit it on anything. I have also been really tired and achy lately and having dizzy spells...idk if that has anything to do with it. (I'm 16)

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here if the bruises are generalized then this need to be investigated to rule out the possibility of hematological disorders because of your age, till then just do nothing wait and watch is the best way if this goes on increasing further then you need to got to ER, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
