Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Dear friend,
As per Your symptoms you can have
THORACIC OUTLET SYNDROME
As it is since last night it can be also because of any mass effect along the vascular supply of left upper limb.
you need to see nearest orthopaedic surgeon to rule out the cause.
till than dont take your hand overhead and take rest.
take some painkiller like diclofenc 50 mg twice a day.
