Hi, I have gone through your query and i can understand your anxiety.
Its normal to get ur periods delayed by 3-4 days. If it's more than a week, it might be due to pregnancy , stress, low birth weight, obesity, PCOS etc or you are in the premenstrual tension phase. I advice you to, - Encourage normal activities, YOGA & stress free exercises. - Hot compress in abdomen & back - Take nutritious diet - Avoid food containing caffeine, alcohol - Cap. Meftalspas 1-1-1 for cramps - Take iron & calcium supplements - watch for next cycle. If same problem persist consult your gynaecologist for further assistance.
Hope i have answered your query and let me know if i can assist you further.
