What Could Be The Reason For Having Light Headedness, Nausea, Vaginal Discharge And Pain In Pelvis?

I am a 42 year old female, exercise regularly,eat well but at the moment I am feeling nausea, lack of appiete, discharge from vagina which is white, and pain in left side of pelvis. Have been checked for all STD and have come back clear. Today have had experiencing light headed a lot..what do you think?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some infection in your genitasl tract giving rise to white discharge and some systemic symptoms.
Consult your Gynaec and get examined.
A course of antibiotic will cure infection and you will feel better.
