Loose stools can be caused by several reasons including bacterial infection, bad diet, stress, pancreas issues, inflammatory bowels disease, partial bowels obstruction due to some tumors. I suggest you to start with diet improvement. Avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, coffee, caffeine containing drinks, alcohol, chocolate, fruit drinks, chocolate. Start probitoic intake. If it wont help, please consult gastroenterologist and consider other mentioned reasons.
Hope this will help. Regards.
