What Could Be The Reason For Having Lower Back And Stomach Pain And Light Pink Periods?

hi for the past 2 weeks i have been feeling like i have to throw up, i been getting stomache pains, pains n my lower back and my last period was light pink! i took 2 dollar store pregnancy test and one came up negative and the other came up very slowly like it was unsure. I feel bloated and can barely eat.

Hi

Since the pregnancy test that you took was indecisive, so you should surely repeat the good pregnancy test at an interval of two days.
The good pregnancy test comes out to be positive atleast 10 days after a missed period.
But if you tend to develop symptoms like sudden severe pain in lower abdomen or any brownish spotting , then you should see a nearby gynecologist soon in order to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
