What Could Be The Reason For Having Lower Back Pain?
Hi I have been having lower back pain for about two months now it s in one specific area and I am curious to know if there would be anything that I can feel in my back because I do feel a small bump at certain times. Over the years I have been very athletic and weightlifted very rigorously but may have lacked proper form and I constantly am sitting with bad slouching posture. Can this contribute to any of that

Hello, Thanks for your query. The pains that you have described are likely to be due to a muscular pain most likely caused by a wrong body posture. Taking mild pain killers and muscle relaxants will bring a short term relief. Regular stretching exercise will be helpful. you can do a hot fomentation and apply a local analgesic gel on the area to relieve the spasm. I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care
