What Could Be The Reason For Having Lower Back Pain?
I am a 43 year old female and have been having lower back pain for about two weeks now It seems like it is really bad in the morning when i wake up so much that it is hard to bend over to even put pants on but would go away by mid morning. but now for the last two days it has been hurting at night as well and keep me up at first i thought it was due to my mentrual cycle i just finished my cycle two days ago could this be my problem
it is very common for females to have back pain after 40 years, one of the reason being spondylosis of the lumbar region. do not bend and lift buckets of water, or weights. do back exercises to strengthen your back muscles, walking regularly for 20 minutes daily should help
