What Could Be The Reason For Having Milky Discharge From My Penis All The Time?

What other problems could I possibly have if I have milky discharge from my penis all the time sometimes heavy sometimes light, also burning at the very end of urination when last of urine is coming out, but have been screened for all STD's and all came back negative?
