What Could Be The Reason For Having Nose Bleeds?

Hi , a minute ago I was busy in my kitchen when all of a sudden the room started spinning so instantly I sat down and after a few minutes it stopped and I then felt sick so I put my head between my legs to breath properly when my nose started to bleed ??? Iv not banged my head or anything ? What could this be ?

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have sudden feeling of spinning and nose bleed . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query chemical irritants , allergic reaction , injury to the nose , upper respiratory infection , hypertension and side effect of any drug . If it happen only once then its not a very serious problem , just get your blood pressure check , take proper rest and apply cold compresses on nose . If it happen frequently then it need medical attention , consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like nasal endoscopy , blood test , throat swab test and CT scan . Doctor may also ask if you are taking any medicine currently . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , multivitamin supplement may refer you to cardiologist .
