Hi,
Your frequent periods and back ache do not seem to be correlated. Back ache on a single event after sleep along with numbing of a hand can be due to wrong sleeping posture. It should go with a pain pill over the counter within a couple of hours. In case it is long running, may it it a spinal problem.
In such a case, you need an orthopedic surgeon's advice. Three times of bleeding in a month is a hormonal imbalance. It can be due to psychological or physical stress. Please observe it for next month. If it continues further, consult a gynecologist for specific advice.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
