What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain In My Cheek Lining That Makes Hard To Open My Mouth?

I have this really painful cheek lining in the left side but sometimes it feels like it's the lower jaw, and sometimes it feels like it's my molar tooth that really hurts. And what's worst is I can't open my mouth bigger than 2 cm so it's hard to eat. What's wrong with this cheek??

Hello, Thank you for consulting with HCM.
This kind of symptoms occur in a condition when there is infection in the last molar , which causes swelling in the joint area of mouth and abscess, that is why you are unable to open mouth.
Better you visit your dentist and get and an x-ray of that area which will show the area of infection.
Hope it will help you.
