What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain On My Upper Right Lung?

I m having lung/chest issues. I m a perfectly healthy 18yo female. I haven t been sick and don t show signs of being sick. I m having a pain on my upper right lung/chest, but only when I breathe out. The pain is more of a harsh pressure. Can anyone tell me what this may be?

Most common cause of pain in right upper chest in young people is nothing but musculoskeletal pain. But still to rule out any pulmonary pathology you should atleast go for chest x ray. Sometimes infection like pneumonia can cause such type of pleuritic pain associated with breathing. So consult your doctor and get done chest x ray.
