Dear sir

When ever you do a rigorous physical activity, oxygen demand increases in our body. To meet the oxygen demand our heart needs to work further more by increasing its rate and volume

As it cannot increase the volume much due to lot of reasons, what it does is, it increases the heart rate to meet the oxygen demand

So dont worry it is a normal phenomenon

thanks
