What Could Be The Reason For Having Sharp Pain And Numbness In Face After Hitting?

recently fell and hit my right cheek bone nose and lips on a door facing swollen badly and numb swelling and black

eye have gone down eye redness clearing up but numbness still there i have sharp pains as if nerves are triying to fire recently is this a good sighn. i did have x-rays and saw my familt doctor he says nothing is fractured. its been about six weeks now and the skin seems sucken in slightly covering my cheekbone. any suggestions?

I can understand your problem, superficial injury destructs the local tissue that might includes the peripheral nerve fibers and injury to these tissues may causes the numbness, burning, sharp pain, but this is nothing to worry this comes around soon with the symptomatic medicine or some may comes around on its own, hope this information helps you, take care, bye.
