What Could Be The Reason For Having Soreness On My Back And Legs?

Hi yes, I m 19th and I just went to this big trampoline place at 2:30pm and I ended up getting sore and at 11:45pm I got more sore on my back and legs and I started getting really hot everywhere, eyes hurt when I close my eyes and it makes my face hotter when I close or open them and I have a head ace so what should I do? What s wrong?
