What Could Be The Reason For Having Stabbing Pain In Middle Of Abdomen Radiating To Back, Vomiting And Weakness?

I have a sharp stabbing pain in the middle of my abdomen and pain rotates to sides and upper back. I feel like vomiting and feel weak and faint. Pain is unbearable and nothing relieves it. It can last for hours ...leaving me extremely fatigued. Doctors cannot find what it is.
