What Could Be The Reason For Having Stabbing Pain In My Head And Arm?

i am a 46 year old male ,an over the road truck driver,and i have sharp stabbing pains in right top part of my head constantly,the other day,i was laying on my side in the bed in my semi truck,and had a pain shoot up my right arm,and at the same time,had a sharp pain in my right top part of my head,whats causing this..

Here you could have neuralgic type pain....
Over exertion and lack of sleep might contribute in your headache. ....

Take enough 6 to 8 hour sleep....
Avoid stress if taking....
Smoking , alcohol avoided....
Short term steroid course might needed ...

Meanwhile also get your blood pressure checked ...
Teeth infection. Ear infection also has to be ruled out as it can lead reffered headache ...

Avoid excess coffe, chocolate etc....
Topical basal leave oil application might be useful....

Consult physician for your examination....
