What Could Be The Reason For Having Tingling In Arm And Frequent Urination?

I have been cutting back on my drinking of beer lately. Last night I had 3 beers. I must have urinated 10 times prior to going to bed. No pain at all, just had to go very often, each time very short in duration. Not sure if the foods I ate contributed to it. Broccoli, cauliflower, shrimp and butternut squash. This morning I wake up and I have tingling in left arm
