What Could Be The Reason For Having Tingling In My Penis And Frequent Urination?

Hello. 5 days ago I had protected vaginal and oral sex with someone. I had unprotected hand stimulation and she rubbed the head of my penis very hard for a long time. Since then, I've had a slight tingle in my penis. No pain, no discharge. Just a strange feeling. I've had a little frequent urination, but nothing I would call worrisome. What could this be?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to urethritis. It can be due to mechanical cause due to massaging of tip or due to infection. Urine routine should be done to rule out infection. If you had sex with a risky partner even though it was protected better to run STDs like chlamydia and gonorrhea. Urine test for these are available in labs. In case of infection antibiotics will be helpful. Take more water. Cranberry juice and barley water is good to take also.
