What Could Be The Reason For Having Vomiting?

Hello Dr. My son has been vomiting everynight. As per Initial check-up with his pediatrician prescribed Emeset drops. However situation has not improved. He does not vomit during the day but after last meal he vomits. I have fear that it is not infection of any kind. Please help. Regards, Ashish

Hi, I had gone through your query and understand your concerns.

The most probable reason could be any worm or amoebic infection, which is most common among children. Give him ONE Tab.Albendazole 200mg before sleep. Tab.Oflox-oz three 8th hourly for 5 days along with Emeset drops. You can even discuss with your paediatrician about this and go accordingly.
