Hello,

Since you have a history of sinus, headache and dizziness can be caused by it.

Chronic sinusitis may cause infection, inflammation(or swelling) in the lining of the sinuses resulting in congestion, blockage & pain around cheeks, eyes or forehead commonly known as sinus headache(due to blocked sinuses).

When it is blocked, it affects the middle ear. The pressure in the middle ear is not equalized & disturbs the balance of the body causing dizziness.

You can take steam inhalation at least twice daily. Decongestants & Bromohexine are effective. You can take Acetaminphen(tylenol), one sos when headache.

However, get clinically examined by an ENT, get X-Ray PNS done to detect any deviations or other issues. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected.

Stay hydrated, drain your sinuses. If you are dizzy do not drive, take rest for a couple of days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
