What Could Be The Reason For Hearing Clicking Sound In Ears While Walking?
Hi I am a medic/nurse at a engineering company. One of our employees hears a clicking sound in ear/head when walking? Only on L side though. unsure what it could be. I suggested he sees his GP but just want a rough clue as to what it may be.
the guy is 19. no history of ear trauma. audiogram is normal. canals clear, TM's normal.

Since this clicking is observed during walking only, this suggests towards vascular etiology. This may be more clarifyed by dopplers study of labyrinthine vessels.
Other possibility is of eustechian tube dysfunction.
