What Could Be The Reason For Indent Veins When Lifting The Arm?

i noticed that lately i lift up my arm and my veins indent. im really afraid and i was hoping someone could tell me anything and anything i could do to fix it... ive tried getting more hydrated but that didnt seem to help. anything would be extremely appriciated. thank you.
