Since your husband had a perianal abscess, there would have been obstruction to the anal canal causing difficulty in passing stool. If the infection has not cleared and a swelling still present this may cause problem passing stool. He may be having a gastrointestinal infection which is causing this spray of stool due to increased gas passage. Since he is a Haemophiliac he needs to be careful and not get hurt or bruised and must follow treatment advised by the Doctor. Get his shown to his Doctor to get his stool tested for infection and proper antibiotics may be started. Let him be well hydrated with lots of water and fresh fruits and vegetables.
