What Could Be The Reason For My Daughter To Blow Her Nose A Lot?

hi my 4 yrs old daughter is blowing her nose alot and today she blowing her nose and it wasnt nose bleed and she been blowing her nose since december 2011 alot of mucus yellow and clear comes out and sometimes she get fever and cough but not alot is more her nose
