Hello
It seems from the etiology that you are having pain in the eye ball while moving and closing the eye.
This can be because of inflammatory lesion involving the eye lids. The pain on moving and closing the eye can be because of rubbing of the eyelids against the eye ball.
The treatment of the condition is by using antiinflammatory drugs after evaluation and confirmation of diagnosis by a eye doctor.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
