Hi im 39 and have been getting pain in my left nipple and a small dent has arrived on my breast and im tender under my arm pit too IM 39 I HAVE PAIN IN MY LEFT NIPPLE AN ACHING FEELING UNDER MY ARMPIT AND NOW A SMALL DENT ON MY BREAST ANY IDEALS?

please do mamography, FNAC or even if needed MRI breast

breast cancer has to be ruled out early when it is managable
other cause can be fibroadenosis
