What Could Be The Reason For Severe Pain After Bowel Movement With History Of Anal Fissure Being Treated With Diltiazem And Fiber Diet?
i have an acute anal fissure, or chronic 5 weeks now, a lot of pain after a bowel movement. have been treating with diltiazem and high fiber diet. symtems are sporadic, have seen 2 colon and rectal surgeons. i have a LIS surgery scheduled for jan 6 (lateral internal spincherotomy) i m at my wits end with this. any thoughts. I appreciate your concern, the anal fissures may be painful during after the bowel movement if it is swollen, or having infection and this condition need to be treated, I would advise you to get it examine with your doctor and have word with him for you planned surgery, I hope my answer will be helpful to you have nice day.
