Hi doc, I have a issues I spit a lot specially thick saliva on a regularly and when I take naps in between the day and when it gets hot while I m sleep and I wake up my thoat starts to Feel thick wit saliva and when I spit it thick saliva with blood and that only happen in the evening when I take naps

hello. saliva with blood is not a good sign and needs thorough evaluation, you may be having a gum or throat or sinus infection and you should meet your ENT doctor for further examination and guidance. thanks
