What Could Be The Reason For Stabbing Pain In Left Side Of Neck, Stiff Neck And Lump Between Ear And Spine?

I have a sharp stabbing pain in the left side of my neck it gets worse when I stand up and I can feel my pulse. There is also a small lump midway between my ear and spine in my hairline and I also have a stiff and sore neck with limited movement. Any ideas?

hi, i think it's your parotid gland or a lymph node of neck. you may need a consultation of ENT surgeon who will examine your pharynx , neck and parotids to find out the area at fault. hope this helped.
