What Could Be The Reason For Swelling In Eyelid?

I have swelling of my eyelid and now it is moving just below my eyebrow, it is not painful but hard to keep my eye open. I was walking outside and wasn't aware of being stung by anything and cannot see any foreign objects in my eye. What could this be?

It is most prbably chalazion. Blocked gland and acumulation of seceation. Give mild phomantation, so that it may open up and swelling subside. So it is not fb. If its infected then itwill be pain full and may require incision and scooping after LA.
