Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have some infection in the gut. Probably it is the amoebic infection.
I advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms amikacin injection for 10 days, ofloxacin, ranitidine.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
