What Could Be The Reason For The Pain In The Stomach And Pinkish Coloured Diarrhea?

Good day ! Early this morning around 4 am I woke up to a pain in my stomach n went on the toilet had a diarrhea .. Am to work now and only a lil bit a diarrhea came out but my diarrhea is pink , when I wipe I thought I was bleeding cause it looked like blood pinkish reddish .. But I wasn't bleeding. What does it mean to have a pink diarrhea ??

Hi. I hope you did not have had a beet-roots / red leafy vegetables or medicines like rifampicine or for urinary tract infection. They do cause red stool / diarrhea.
But you have a history of pain in abdomen with diarrhea with pink color suggests me more towards intestinal infection . I would advise to see a Doctor as you may need prescription based antibiotics.
