What Could Be The Reason For The Weird Feeling In The Lower Abdomen And Constipation And Am Pregnant?

I'm currently on my 5th week of pregnancy and for the most part I had constipation. But since the last few days my bowel movement has been getting better and today I had loose motion. Also I have this wierd feeling in my lower abdomen. Not exactly cramping but a kneading kind of feeling. It's scaring me out very much. This is my first pregnancy, so I don't know how it's supposed to feel

Hi,
It is natural for some dragging feeling to be experienced in the lower abdomen especially during the first pregnancy, in the early days, as the uterus grows upwards into the abdomen and pulls the supporting ligaments along with it. Cramps are occasionally felt as tubal movements occur, especially during the first couple of weeks after conception. Please do not worry; get help if you notice any excessive discharge or see blood or have pain along with back ache. Take adequate rest, avoid stress and intercourse. Wish you good health.
