What Could Be The Reason For White Liquid Coming From Breast And Vagina?

I'm 19 years old I have been in a relationship for 2 years we have sex constantly I was on birth control but I have been having clear white liquid coming out my breast and white clear liquid come out my vagina constantly ill be walking and it comes down like if I'm peeing on myself it wets my underwear what may this be

Once you have excluded that you are not pregnant(urine pregnancy test), as any of they birth control methods are not fool proof, the possibility that one may have to rule out is

1. Urinary incontinence secondary to urge incontinence because of urinary tract infection

I would like to know the color of discharge from your breast In order to come to conclusion.

Get a pregnancy test done if not already done.
