What Could Be The Reason Of A Missed Period And I Didn't Have Sex ?
Hi doctor I have not got my periods since 3months.. I got my Thyroid lsh fsh tests done but al is fine They did my ultrasound nd found my uterus lining very thin so gave Me promulute n for 5days .. After that i had spotting for day.. Again ultrasound Was done but lining ws stil v.thin I am 21yrs old, unmarried nd 170.2cm tall nd weigh 55kgs What could be wrong? Can i still b possibly pregnant?

Since your Ultra sound is done which does not show any pregnancy you can not be
pregnant because as per your saying you have no period for last three months,and
three months amenorrhoea in pregnancy can be easily diagnosed. It could be due to some hormonal imbalance. Thanks
