What Could Be The Reason Of Bruise In Calf And Lump In Center Which Is Painful To Touch?
I found a bruise in my calf about 3 1/2" in diameter. there is a small lump in the center that is painful to the touch. I do not recall any impact that would have caused a bruise. however, I run at least 5 miles 3 times a week or more. what could this be?
