What Could Be The Reasons For Constant Pain In Lower Right Groin, Dizziness And Nausea?

I have a constant pain in my lower right groin area with some discomfort in my upper right thigh where the leg meets. I've been to several doctors including my OBGYN. I need some advice as to what this could be down in that area. I really don't think its appendicitis. Also, I have dizziness and nausea.

Hi,
From history following problems should be ruled out,
1, Acute appendicitis,
2, Inguinal hernia,
3, Enlarged infected groin lymph nodes,
4, Some genito-urinary infection.
Consult surgeon and Gynaec and go for investigations.
Ok and take care.
